The Growth team is excited to welcome a Business Strategy & Operations intern, who will help design and develop business processes that position our team for continued efficiency and growth. The operations team plays a critical role on the growth team in making sure end to end processes are smooth, aligned with business priorities and seamless with our cross-functional partners.
While this intern will help with strategic projects over the course of the summer, the intern’s main capstone project will bring to life our dreams for enhanced portfolio engagement. This capstone project will have direct and immediate impact with our portfolio companies once launched.
The role will provide an opportunity to develop skills as a business strategist who is driven to design holistic, end to end business processes that result in great business outcomes, as well as, bring to life a day in the life at a VC firm. This intern will work with industry leaders and experts who are excited to partner throughout the duration of the summer internship.
The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $30/hr, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
