About the job

Open CNP is the Corporate Venture Capital fund of CNP Assurances. Its mission is twofold. It identifies, analyzes and invests in startups with high potential in order to invent with them the insurance of tomorrow (17 startups in the portfolio). In addition, it must lead an open innovation system in order to identify and manage possible synergies between startups and the Group's businesses. These synergies are possible either in response to a need expressed by a profession, or on a proposal from Open CNP after evaluating the value proposition of the startups met (400 per year). To carry out these missions, the Open CNP team is made up of 8 people divided between the investment division and the development and partnership division. At the heart of sourcing, analysis and selection of start-ups, you will:

• Analyze industry trends and develop new theses
• Identify start-ups and new deals
• Ensure deal flow monitoring
• Participate in meetings with entrepreneurs
• Analyze services, markets, strategy and business plans
• Write investment memos
