Inovexus is a Deal Club that brings together +800 angels investors (generally exited entrepreneurs, C-levels from big tech companies and VC Partners). Currently present in France and Germany, we offer 2-3 investment opportunities to our community every month in top B2B tech startups at the Pre-seed and Seed stages across Europe.

We also benefit from our Accelerator that supports all our investments and enables us to help them scale thanks to the collective intelligence of our community, which boasts multiple areas of expertise.

Since 2022, we have brought together and trained over 800 angel investors who have invested €3m into 30+ founders building B2B tech ventures with global ambitions. These companies have gone on to raise more than €150m to date. We organise a lot of events for the community and the whole ecosystem in France and Europe.

❓We are looking for a VC Operations Analyst

to help with all aspects of managing the community of investors. You will play a central role in managing and analyzing data related to our community of investors. You will work closely with the Deal Club team to collect, structure, and analyze information to segment members and optimize their engagement. This internship will provide you with an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical and project management skills in the VC field.

A bit about you

• You are looking for an end-of-study internship in investments or VC - we are a fast-growing community scaling to new geographies, possibility of a permanent contract at the end of the internship based on performance.
• You have a passionate interest in new technologies, tech companies or startups - Inovexus invest in tech-driven ventures with global ambitions. We don’t expect you to be an industry expert but we want to see a genuine interest in innovation.
• You are organised and a self-starter - you will need to get involved in many different tasks, prioritise your work and be proactive in finding ideas and solutions. We will be there to support and guide you, but we will expect you to also be autonomous.
• You are curious and thrive in social situations - A lot of our time is spent engaging the community, talking to investors and founders, organising and attending events.

It’s a ➕ if you have communication or design skills, or if you are tech-savvy with a knowledge of programming/automation.

About the job

1. Data Collection and Analysis:

• CRM Management: Oversee the management, updating, and optimization of the investor database (CRM) in collaboration with the team.
• Member Segmentation: Analyze member data to segment them based on their activity, investment preferences, and participation history in deals.
• Trend Analysis: Identify trends in engagement, investment, and behavior to inform the Deal Club’s strategic decisions.

2. Operational Support:

• Process Automation: Propose and implement automation solutions to improve the efficiency of data management and member communication processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of tools and operational processes to facilitate investor and investment opportunity management.
• Team Support: Provide operational support to the investor relations and events team to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination.
• Deal Coordination: Assist in coordinating deal pages and processes to ensure that the right deals are matched with the appropriate investors, enhancing deal flow and engagement.

3. Monitoring and Reporting:

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze investor engagement metrics, such as deal participation rates and reactivation rates.

4. Support for Re-engagement Initiatives:

• Reactivation Campaigns: Assist in implementing reactivation campaigns for inactive investors, ensuring data is correctly segmented and results are monitored.
• Personalized Communication: Collaborate on creating targeted communications for each member segment based on their profile and past activity.
