We’re looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our North America team — ideally based in SF or NYC, but flexible for the right person.
I won’t sugarcoat it: this is a high bar role. You’ll be working directly with me and the global team, helping us find and back exceptional founders who are rethinking how the world is built — across construction, real estate, climate, and industrial tech.
You’ll do a bit of everything — sourcing, diligence, portfolio support, platform building — and be given real ownership from day one. We’re still early in building Zacua, and the person we bring in here will shape what it becomes.
We go deep with the companies we back. We don’t just invest — we help them find their first customers, hire great people, raise the next round. If you like moving fast, thinking big, and doing hard things with people who care — this could be a great fit.
