Who we are
Allocator One is transforming how institutional investors engage with private markets. We’re among the most active LPs in emerging VC managers globally, backing the next generation of funds that identify and scale the businesses of tomorrow.
We don’t just aim for exceptional financial returns; we invest in progress — supporting the entrepreneurs and fund managers solving the world’s biggest challenges.
Our team is lean, entrepreneurial, and high-performing. We move fast, think deeply, and care about impact. Joining Allocator One means stepping into a role where strategy meets execution, where every project has real consequence, and where your work directly contributes to shaping the future of venture capital.
The role
We’re looking for a highly capable, resourceful, and driven Founder’s Associate to join our Vienna office. You’ll work side-by-side with the founders and leadership team across strategic, operational, and growth initiatives — acting as an extension of the leadership office and helping execute on our most important priorities.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, fundraising, and business development. You’ll gain a deep understanding of how a global investment platform operates, from capital raising and deal execution to fund structuring and expansion into new markets.
You’ll thrive here if you’re analytical, organized, and ambitious — someone who can zoom out to think strategically but isn’t afraid to dive into the details and make things happen.
