Telescope Partners is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Associate to join our tight-knit, high-performing team. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced investors and operators while gaining broad exposure to the world of early growth investing.
We are a thesis-driven investment firm focused on backing standout entrepreneurs building B2B
technology companies. Our approach centers on building thematic conviction, guided by insights from
customers, influencers, and other market participants. We’re currently investing out of our third fund ($275 million) and intentionally maintain a small, concentrated portfolio to deliver high-touch support to every company we back.
What You’ll Do
As an Associate, you will take ownership across three core areas:
1. Investment Sourcing
2. Investment Execution
3. Portfolio Support
