We’re partnering with a leading, high-growth venture capital firm to hire a Strategic Relationship Associate (official title) to work directly with the CEO of a $10B AUM platform. In this role, you’ll sit in on key meetings with investors, founders, and senior stakeholders — helping prepare materials, drive follow-up, and ensure execution on high-impact initiatives. You'll gain real-time exposure to the inner workings of a top-tier venture platform while contributing to the firm’s most critical relationships and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted, right-hand partner to the CEO, participating in all key meetings with GPs, LPs, and senior stakeholders
 - Prepare materials, conduct background research, and manage meeting logistics
 - Take detailed notes during meetings, synthesize key takeaways, and ensure timel execution of follow-up items
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, portfolio company leadership, and other key stakeholders, serving as complimentary point of contact
 - Coordinate and manage communications, reports and updates to clients and investors
 - Help structure and prioritize CEO-level initiatives, providing operational and strategic support
 - Coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
 - Work closely with Chief of Staff and the CEO’s Executive Assistant to coordinate and support meeting schedules across multiple time zones
 - Contribute to a positive, professional, and dynamic team environment
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; background in business, finance, or related field preferred.
 - 1-3 years of experience in project management, operations, or client relationship management, ideally within venture capital, private equity, or finance.
 - Familiarity with the venture capital ecosystem and startup dynamics.
 - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
 - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
 - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 - Experience with project management tools.
