About the role:

As AirTree's Chief of Staff, you'll own and drive improvement in strategic planning, internal comms, key projects and operational excellence, as well as support our leadership team to stay aligned, on track and accountable.

What you'll do:

• Leadership Operations. Ensure the AirTree LT operates as a well-functioning decision-making body with a well-executed meeting cadence, agendas, action items and accountability.
• Strategic Planning. Own and drive company planning (OKRs) and the cadence of how these are set, reviewed and cascaded across the company.
• Leadership and Team Offsites. Set and facilitate the agenda based on the needs and priorities of each group.
• Special Projects. Manage and deliver strategic projects across the company.
• Internal Comms. Design and implement a strategic company communications framework to provide a drumbeat of consistent, informative and inspiring content. Ensure key info is shared across all levels of AirTree.
• Thought partner. Over time, you'll develop strong relationships with each member of the LT, becoming a trusted advocate and advisor for their priorities and concerns.

Requirements

The person we're looking for:

• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent (and clear!) verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Extremely high trust and integrity.
• Elite project management skills.
• Successful history of working independently and collaboratively with various types of teams.
• Comfortable working in uncertain and fast-moving environments.
