Eleven Ventures is among the leading and most active early-stage VC funds in South, Central, and Eastern Europe. Since 2012, we've backed 180+ startups and helped shape the region’s tech ecosystem.

We’re now looking for a Fund Controller to join our team - someone sharp, curious, and reliable who wants to go deep into the world of venture capital and support the backbone of how we operate. You’ll work closely with our Partner in charge of operations, our Finance Manager, and the investment team to ensure that the fund runs smoothly, compliantly, and transparently.

What you'll be doing:

You’ll be the go-to person for the financial and operational integrity of the fund. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial, investor, and regulatory reporting;
• Collaborating with external advisors to manage the funds' flow and investor notices for investments and divestments;
• Preparing quarterly valuations of portfolio companies;
• Managing cash and liquidity;
• Preparing capital call and distribution notices;
• Participating in the deal closing process;
• Monitoring the compliance of the Fund LPA and side letter agreements;
• Performing analysis of fund performance, calculation of fund KPIs;
• Assisting with ad-hoc reporting, finance, and operational data projects;
• Monitoring fund expense budgets, allocations and accruals;
• Supporting the annual audit and tax preparation;
• Maintaining key portfolio data and legal archive on all fund investments.

What we're looking for:

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
• Experience in the same/similar role - fund administration, audit, or finance (VC/PE experience is a big plus);
• A strong sense of ownership and high attention to detail;
• Proactive and self-driven;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to take on responsible tasks and ability to keep cool under pressure;
• Curiosity for innovation, startups, and the venture capital world;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams;
• Fluency in English and proficiency with Excel (experience with fund admin tools is a plus).
