Job Description

Tola Capital was founded on the principle that how the world will work depends on software and our team is committed to finding and investing in founders to fulfill that vision. Tola’s culture and business is driven by the diverse lived experiences and strengths of our team, allowing us to add value to our portfolio companies. Tola was founded in 2010 and is based in Seattle, WA. Over the last decade, Tola has invested in 51+ companies.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and motivated Executive Administrator to support our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the startup ecosystem, be mentored by an incredibly experienced and diverse group of technology leaders and work closely with next generation software companies at an especially exciting inflection point in enterprise software history with the advent of generative AI.

With particular emphasis on calendar management, special projects, executive communications, and travel coordination, you will be responsible for making sure the team is using their time in the most effective and impactful way possible. Additionally, you will support meeting planning, team events, internal projects and processes, and strategic initiatives as they align with Tola’s objectives. You will be an ambassador of the firm, both internally and externally, and approach this with optimism, confidence, and a “no job too small” attitude. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment and can make important decisions quickly while maintaining order in an ambiguous and ever-changing workplace.

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Tola Capital is committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment. We strongly encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply, including those with the following qualities as well as those who may not have every one of these, but believe they would be able to thrive in this role. We place great value on personal development and provide support for professional growth. Tola Capital does not discriminate in employment on the basis of any non-merit factors protected by applicable local, state, or federal laws.
