The Fusion Fund Venture Fellowship covers the fundamentals of venture investing, with the goal of demystifying this strangely opaque corner of the finance world. The 2026 fellowship is scheduled to start on June 17 and lasts for 12 weeks, with a one-hour lecture via Zoom each week. Speakers include Fusion Fund partners and other leaders from the venture ecosystem.
When assembling a cohort, we look for intellectually curious people who work in tech and have quantitative backgrounds; the graduation page for the 2025 cohort should provide a sense of the typical profile. After “graduation”, there are opportunities to get more involved with Fusion Fund, including as a Fusion Fund Ambassador. We are also fortunate that Sherwin Kuo, a graduate of the 2024 cohort, joined our investment team, and we recently invested in a startup (to be announced!) referred to us by an ambassador from the 2025 cohort.
I always enjoy teaching the fellowship—it’s a chance to share what I’ve learned over the years while improving my own understanding of the essentials. Thank you for your interest in the program!
