We’re a small, nimble team of experienced entrepreneurs searching for our next team member who is as passionate about backing exceptional founders as we are.
We’re searching for a thorough, intrinsically motivated Director of Finance to lead our finance & accounting function. In this position, you will report to the partner responsible for internal operations and will be responsible for supporting the daily financial needs of Rhino including overseeing the accounting cycle, entity management, management of professional service providers including tax, accounting, and fund management, preparation and maintenance of NAV accounts, financial reporting requirements and LP correspondence. This position requires the ideal candidate to be a motivated self-starter, confident, able to work with minimal supervision, and flexible; willing to get involved in many different aspects of the business, as required.
Lastly, we take potential into consideration. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of the specifics listed above. If you know you have what it takes, even if that’s different from what we’ve described, be sure to explain why in your application.
