Head of Investor Relations & Communication

POSITION SUMMARY
B Capital is seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to serve as its Head of Investor Relations and Communications. This role will lead a high-performing, global team responsible for:
- Developing and executing fundraising materials across B Capital’s platform
- Managing investor communications and reporting
- Driving brand positioning and marketing initiatives, including PR engagement
- Enhancing the firm’s visibility with key stakeholders around the world
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investor Relations
- Lead the development and execution of global investor engagement strategies across all funds and geographies
- Oversee the creation of fundraising and investor materials, including executive summaries, pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs and other collateral
- Provide investors with fund performance updates and join investor calls in partnership with the Capital Formation team
- Lead operational due diligence (ODD) processes and collaborate closely with Capital Formation on all diligence workflows
- Collaborate with investment, finance and legal teams to ensure timely, high-quality responses to due diligence requests and ongoing reporting obligations
- Plan and execute investor events, including the Annual General Meeting, and webinars that deepen LP engagement and reflect B Capital’s brand
- Marketing & Communications
- Lead B Capital’s brand positioning and narrative development across all investor and external-facing channels
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, website content, thought leadership and newsletters—ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with firm strategy
- Manage public relations initiatives, including firm announcements, executive visibility and media outreach
- Own the firm’s social media strategy and execution in coordination with PR and content teams, maintaining a consistent and compelling digital presence
- Ensure alignment between investor messaging and broader marketing campaigns to reinforce B Capital’s differentiated value proposition
- Supervise a global team and external partners (e.g., design firms, PR agencies) to deliver high-quality content and campaigns
- Continuously monitor marketing and communications performance, optimizing based on analytics, market trends and stakeholder feedback
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally 7-10 years of experience in investor relations at an asset manager, financial institution or placement agent
- Fluent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Managing CRM systems
- Undergraduate degree; MBA

The base salary range is $400,000 - $550,000 and will be commensurate with relevant experience.
