We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Platform to join our team and drive the value-add services we provide to our portfolio companies.
As the Head of Platform at Norrsken VC, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our professional network and providing high-impact services to our portfolio companies. Your mission will be to build out the Norrsken VC platform to enhance the success of our portfolio companies, increase our competitive edge in securing top deals and efficiently leverage the Norrsken ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong networking capabilities, a strategic mindset, and a passion for supporting founders, our true VIPs.
Network Development: Build and maintain a robust network of top-tier experts, including:
Community Building: Develop and activate our founder community through workshops, events, and meaningful connections to foster collaboration and shared learning.
Portfolio Support: Lead the development and automation of portfolio support services, including a comprehensive software stack and service package.
Norrsken ecosystem: Leverage and contribute with value to the broader Norrsken ecosystem consisting of 5000+ entrepreneurs, three impact hubs, five investment vehicles and much more.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a relevant role, such as a portfolio/talent/platform manager at a VC firm, recruiter with a strong network, head of partner/sponsorships, or an ex-operator with a track record of building and scaling companies.
Networking Prowess: A “ninja networker” with a proven ability to build and leverage professional relationships at all levels.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives that drive tangible value for our portfolio companies.
Entrepreneurial spirit: A passion to build up our platform support in a scalable way and codify how we can support our founders even better in a growing portfolio.
Project Management: Strong project management skills focusing on execution and delivering results across various stakeholders.
Passion for Impact: A deep commitment to our mission of supporting entrepreneurs who are solving the world’s biggest problems.
