First Degree Capital is an emerging VC firm that’s different by design.
We don’t have a long history in fund management and that’s our strength. Over the past year, we’ve laid our foundations, closed our first deal, and learned a lot.
Our team is made up of founders who’ve built and scaled businesses, so we get the highs and lows of entrepreneurship.

Who We’re Looking For

- No prior VC experience required—just a hunger to learn and a fearless attitude towards asking questions.
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for research.
- Commercially driven, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with market research and analysis to spot investment opportunities.
- Support the team in driving and enhancing business operations.
- Engage with founders and startups, possibly attending meetings and pitches.
- Help manage and update our investment tracking systems.
Details
- Location: Preferably Amsterdam, with potential for remote work.
- Duration: 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Compensation: Paid internship.
