Oxtech Ventures is looking for a highly motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Venture Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a growing venture capital firm that focuses on identifying and investing in innovative startups across various industries. As a venture intern, you will support deal sourcing, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives, contributing to the growth of our portfolio companies.
As part of Oxtech Ventures, the Venture Intern will work alongside senior team members, assisting with investment processes, startup relationships, and operational tasks. This role offers valuable exposure to every stage of venture capital, from due diligence to supporting startups post-investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in managing strategic partnerships, including supporting collaboration with DenizBank NeoHUB.
- Help with operational tasks related to the TRUK Accelerator Program, contributing to the growth journey of startups.
- Conduct basic financial and market research to explore new opportunities in emerging sectors.
- Support the evaluation process of potential investments and assist in due diligence tasks.
- Assist in organizing investor demo days and help ensure startups are prepared for their presentations.
- Contribute to tracking portfolio performance and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Scout new startups and innovative ideas, contributing to deal sourcing efforts.
- Work on collaboration with other team members.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in venture capital, startups, or innovation-driven sectors.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
