About the position

Start Date: Right away, for a duration of 4 - 6 months

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Responsibilities:

• Market research: Deep dive into into sectors, identify the latest technologies in the agrifood & impact ecosystem
• Proactively source companies and analyze investment opportunities: Perform product, market, financial and impact assessments; assist the preparation of investment memos
• Support on investment and marketing communication
• Knowledge database: Enrich and improve the Astanor knowledge database

About you

• Completed a relevant university degree (final year of studies OK).
• Great attention to detail.
• Genuine enthusiasm for agrifood, sustainability, impact investing, venture capital and entrepreneurship.
• Demonstrate proficiency in relevant digital tools, incl. Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Understanding of basic principles of ESG, CSR and/or Impact investing.
• Self-starter, can work independently and enjoys working in team.
• Holds a work permit for the EU.
