WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

To support the execution of innovation paths and the entire partnership lifecycle, from startup sourcing to facilitating strategic collaboration with corporate partners. This role provides exposure to the full innovation lifecycle and supports project coordination while developing research and analytical skills.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Startup Sourcing & Market Analysis

• Research and analyze emerging technologies and market trends (e.g., Autonomous vehicles, Smart cities...etc)
• Proactively identify, qualify, and track promising early-stage startups and founding teams in the EMEA region.
• Assist the senior team in the evaluation of potential investment and partnership opportunities from various sources.

Corporate Coordination & Deal Flow

• Coordinate and manage the open innovation deal flow and startup evaluation process with corporate partners.
• Translate corporate tech and business needs into targeted startup offerings. Support the logistics, scheduling, and facilitation of key activities (Workshops, Dealflow Sessions, etc.) and introductory meetings between startups and partners.

Ecosystem & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with the entire innovation ecosystem, including startups, scale-ups, corporate partners, and relevant stakeholders (government, universities, clusters).
• Expand the organizational network and research capabilities, ensuring a robust community around the innovation vertical.

Operational & Administrative Support

Provide essential operational and administrative support, including scheduling and facilitating meetings with all leads and partners, helping in the organization and execution of events, managing data in tracking systems (CRM), assisting vertical leads, and performing additional administrative tasks as needed for the execution.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar).
• An advanced level of English is essential. It would be a plus to be have a third language
• Strong demonstrated interest and understanding of the startup ecosystem and technology trends.
