Location: Wroclaw(PL)/Hybrid

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager to join our team and help drive our investment activities in the software sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the software industry as product manager/data analyst/investment analyst. We require a deep understanding of the SaaS/software industry, product metrics and software trends. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, supervising as well as supporting portfolio companies in their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Source, research and evaluate new investment opportunities in the SaaS/Software industry;
• Conduct due diligence, including financial and market analysis;
• Collaborate with portfolio companies on strategy, operational improvements, and growth initiatives;
• Monitor and report on portfolio company performance and market trends;
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry participants and stakeholders;

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in private equity or investment banking, or venture capital;
• M&A experience is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of the software industry, especially SaaS industry and its trends and drivers;
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;
• Must have a strong sense of humor and distance;
