Investment Manager Digital Health

Job Description

You are responsible for the operational management of a CHF 50 Mio. Digital Health Corporate Venture Capital Fund which we manage together and on behalf of our Swiss client. We are looking for an experienced, analytical, structured, and enthusiastic professional to support all aspects of the investment process including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. As part of a small inter-company team you are the key driver behind the implementation of the fund strategy and the development of this portfolio. At the same time you will be managing the specific requirements of this corporate account including implications on strategy and innovation. You are embedded in a larger team of investment professionals in our Berlin team where you will also support other Redstone projects.

Your profile

• Native German speaker and fluent in English
• University degree (preferably a Masters in business administration or similar)
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in Venture Capital, corporate venturing, investment banking or strategy consulting; you have spent at least 1 year actively investing in (corporate) venture capital and have a track record in sourcing and assessing venture capital transactions
• Understanding of the health ecosystem with its various stakeholders, regulatory framework and digital health business models is a big plus as well as entrepreneurial expertise
• Maturity in account management; ability to manage several projects concurrently and independently in a timely manner and meeting very high quality standards
• Understanding and respecting the challenges and expectations of a corporate engaging in startup investing including the formal aspects that come along
• Strong Powerpoint presentation skills
