At TCD Capital, a VC firm based in Brussels and Antwerp, we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Investment Professional to join our team. We manage 2 multi-strategy investment vehicles that are dedicated to driving innovation and growth across 3 verticals: Technology, Life Sciences, and Smart Living. We invest in series A rounds of scale-ups with ticket sizes ranging from 1-5M euro plus additional co-investments from our LP-base.

Job Description

As a member of the team, you will be pivotal in leading our investments in Smart Living and managing investment projects. Your role will involve:

• Identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities
• Leading due diligence and financial analysis processes
• Overseeing transaction structuring and execution
• Managing and optimizing portfolio investments
• Providing strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies
• Collaborating with senior leadership on investment strategy, fundraising and market positioning.

Key Competencies

• Superior analytical and quantitative skills
• Expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring
• Hotel and/or real estate PE is a plus
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, and English

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Engineering
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital
• Proven track record of successful investment transactions and portfolio management
• In-depth knowledge of the Belgian and/or French investment landscape and market trends.
