Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Investor at 16VC. The Private Investor will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and providing portfolio companies with strategic guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Financial analysis, Investment evaluation, and Due diligence skills
• Deal negotiation and Portfolio management experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
• Understanding of startups, venture capital, and early-stage investments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• CFA, MBA, or relevant certifications are a plus
