Aufgaben
🚀 Your mission:
As an Investor KYC/AML Specialist, you will provide investors with an outstanding experience when joining our funds and support them throughout their investment with us. Your expertise will also make you the go-to person for all KYC/AML matters across our fund structures and investments.
🤓 Your role:
As part of btov’s Operations team, you will work closely with btov’s Investor Relations and Investment teams to ensure the compliant onboarding of both investors and investments for our Luxembourg-based funds and their ongoing regulatory compliance by:
- Responsible for investor onboarding with our fund administration in Luxembourg and our internal investor relations team with a focus on KYC/AML documentation
- Liaising with experienced group compliance for complex cases
- Updating investor details in the capital register, including transfers
- Maintenance of investor data in our CRM system and of investor-related fund closing documentation
- Periodic review of KYC/AML information for both investors and fund structures
- Acting as a sparring partner for all KYC/AML issues in the investment process, including providing fund structure documentation for signing
- Maintain up to date UBO register entries and structure charts of investment funds and SPVs
- Supporting projects to continuously improve the investor experience

Qualifikation
🧩 Your profile:
- Initial work experience in compliance and KYC/AML functions, either in a fund or in other bank-level regulated entities (e.g. investment firms, multi-fund organizations, private banking).
- You have a legal or finance background with a strong formal training in KYC/AML compliance, ideally in Luxembourg law, and a strong willingness to learn about new developments.
- You have a strong client focus and excellent communication skills.
- You are solution-oriented and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize and execute projects diligently.
- You are a self-starter, able to work independently, and take responsibility in a high-intensity environment.
- You are a team player with a strong work ethic, humility, and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent written and spoken German (at least C1 level) and English are a must.
