Overview
Griffin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst to support our investor relations function. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about venture capital operations, build investor communication skills, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team. The Investor Relations Analyst will support the preparation of fund materials, maintain investor data, and assist with communications, reporting, and research.
Responsibilities
Investor Support & Communication
- Assist in preparing investor communications such as newsletters, fund updates, and performance reports
- Help coordinate logistics for investor meetings, quarterly update calls, and the Annual General Meeting
- Support the preparation of presentation materials for both internal and external stakeholders
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update investor records in the CRM (Affinity), ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support the preparation and formatting of fund performance data in Excel and PowerPoint
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards and summary reports for LPs and internal use
Fundraising & Research
- Support the development of fundraising materials including pitch decks and due diligence documents
- Conduct background research on industry trends, LPs, and market benchmarks to support team insights
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the team to ensure consistent and timely investor engagement
- Coordinate with the investment team to gather relevant portfolio company updates
- Partner with marketing on initiatives to improve investor communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, private equity, consulting, banking, or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems like Affinity is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in the gaming industry is highly preferred
