Our client is a Private Equity fund focusing on technology focused companies that have ambitious management teams. Their availability of permanent capital allows them to work together with entrepreneurs and managers towards common, long-term goals.
We are seeking an Investment Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in technology-driven companies.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to assess potential investments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, management teams, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor and support the growth and performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and assistance.
Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and other related documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in investment management, private equity, or venture capital, preferably with a focus on IT or technology-driven companies.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
