Role Description
We are looking for a smart, creative, goal-driven, data-minded problem-solver and self-starter who is looking at making an impact on our group's customers and shaping our messaging. This position has significant growth potential for a career-driven, stability-minded junior executive.
This is a full-time ON-SITE role as a Social Media & Community Manager at Finaventures in North Scottsdale, AZ. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms of our subsidiaries, building a community across the customer base of our subsidiaries, developing content strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement for each of our eight subsidiaries.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management, community engagement, and content strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in downloading, sorting, manipulating data sets to define demographics and target groups
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Solid Knowledge of social media analytics tools and trends
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking
Experienced at using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, preferred
