Location: Hybrid - Virtual Tuesdays / In-Person Thursdays in Ft. Worth, TX
Compensation: $12,000 - $16,000 | Up to 20hrs/week

Role Overview:
The Contract Program Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our accelerator program. This role involves coordinating with startups, mentors, investors, and other stakeholders, facilitating workshops and events, and ensuring the smooth execution of the program. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and experienced facilitator with a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Oversee the execution of the accelerator program, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Coordinate and manage all program activities, including workshops, mentoring sessions, pitch days, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain the program calendar, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Monitor and track the progress of participating startups, providing support and resources as needed.
- Facilitation:
- Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and discussions, ensuring high engagement and value for participants.
- Work closely with mentors and industry experts to deliver high-quality content and guidance to startups.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for startups to share knowledge and experiences.
- Technical Assistance:
- Provide hands-on technical assistance to startups, helping them overcome challenges related to product development, scaling, and technology integration.
- Identify and connect startups with specialized technical resources, including engineers, developers, and subject matter experts.
- Assist startups in refining their business models, technology stacks, and product-market fit.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and tools that can enhance the growth and efficiency of startups.
- Reporting & Evaluation:
- Track and report on the progress of startups, providing regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve the program.
- Ensure that all program documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports, is accurate and up to date.
Role Requirements
- Interest candidate MUST be able to commit to:
- Up to 20 Hours a week
- Tuesdays afternoon sessions 11:30 am - 1:00 pm CST via Zoom
- Thursday evening sessions in-person 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm CST in Fort Worth, TX
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Facilitator, or similar role within an accelerator, incubator, or entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, including challenges faced by early-stage companies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage complex timelines and deliverables.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with small businesses startups or lending capital.
- Familiarity with business finance, credit underwriting, fundraising, business development, and growth strategies for business owners.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUpAsana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
