As an Investment Partner at Pantera Capital, you will be a key decision maker within the firm, responsible for guiding the investment strategy for the venture funds. You will leverage your extensive experience and network to identify high-potential opportunities, mentor junior team members, and enhance the firm’s position as a leader in blockchain ecosystem. This role involves strategic oversight, deep engagement with portfolio companies, and significant contribution to the firm’s ecosystem building efforts.

- Oversee and guide the investment process from sourcing to decision-making to the negotiation and structuring of deals.

- Supervise the due diligence process, including market research, technical assessment, and competitive analysis, ensuring rigorous evaluation and decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5-10 years of VC experience in the blockchain ecosystem OR strong experience as a founder/operator.
- Blockchain Expertise: Profound knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and related investment strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor professionals, and make strategic decisions that drive investment success.
- Relationship Management: Excellent networking skills with a well-established network in the blockchain and tech communities, and a track record of building and maintaining influential relationships.

Technical Background: Experience in engineering, product, or as a founder/operator is a plus.
