Role and Responsibilities

OpenView is seeking a People Intern who will work closely with the People Ops and Talent Teams. This person will be responsible for:

• Assist the People Operations team design and implement programs and solutions that are aligned with the firm’s objectives and learning needs
• Build a deep understanding of OpenView’s objectives, functions, and roles
• Assist and enhance training content, working with functional leaders as necessary
• Perform various administrative tasks to support our People Operations team
• Partner closely with OpenView Talent team members to proactively map OpenView’s investment talent ecosystem
• Source both active and passive candidates for top priority roles.

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and is excited to dig in and help – wherever needed:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Consistent and precise attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and team‐player attitude
• Able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic organization that values continuous rapid improvement
• 40 hour work week preferred
• Preferred hybrid with 3-4 days per week in office
• Minimum GPA 3.3 on a 4.0 scale
