How you will make the difference
The Program Intern supports the Operations team with day-to-day office operations, event planning and execution, and communications activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation and project management!
Role and Responsibilities
- Support Operations team with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors and speakers.
- Collaborate the batch startups while running the acceleration program.
- Collate content for each event and ensuring each event runs smoothly.
- Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints.
- Support Business Development and Client Relationship Management teams with dayto-day administrative tasks, including report generation and database maintenance.
- Support Business Development with finding new business opportunities across Italy.
- Support overall team with program management trackers
Our requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian (other languages are a plus)
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree from a top university in Business or Communications studies
- High knowledge and ability to use various computer tools (G-suite, Hubspot, Zoom, Photoshop)
- Ability to listen and synthesize
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Food interpersonal skills
