Position Overview:

The Investor Relations Team (“IR”) is seeking an Analyst to join their team in San Francisco. The IR team at TTCP is responsible for asset gathering and strategy, investor services and marketing.
As a member of the IR team, the Analyst will be responsible for all investor reporting and requests and will contribute to the production of marketing and investor materials.


Primary responsibilities:

Responsible for timely responses to RFPs/DDQs and existing investor communication
Coordinate with other internal departments including Finance, Legal and Investments, and external service providers such as fund administrators and compliance, to produce accurate reporting and timely service to investors and prospective investors
Field and fulfill various investor requests, reports and queries
Contribute to the production of marketing and investor collateral including: presentation pitch decks for all funds for both existing and prospective investors & ad hoc update materials for existing investors
Other duties as assigned


Preferred Qualifications:

2-3 Years of institutional asset management experience and applicable undergraduate college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
An understanding of venture capital and/or private equity investments, funds mechanics and performance metrics
Effective communicator and ability to write clearly and concisely, particularly by telling a story through presentation materials
Strong analytical skills, with an ability to present data effectively through written material
Mastery of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Exceptionally detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
A strong work ethic and client-focused mindset
Demonstrated organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork
Familiarity with pooled vehicle reporting materials such as Capital Account Statements and Audited Financial Statements


Compensation Package:

A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The firm’s good faith estimate of the base salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $65,000 - $95,000. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
