VC Associate - Headline

YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a Venture Capital Associate to join our Berlin office, who will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies to maximise their growth potential. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Navigate and analyse deal flow alongside the investment team.
• Strategically source promising investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence to assess potential investments.
• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment viability.
• Continuously seek out and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Identify and prioritise high-quality investment prospects.
• Conduct initial due diligence, assessing market potential, technical strength, financial viability, and team dynamics through comprehensive research and analysis.
• Prepare and deliver compelling investment proposals to the investment team on a weekly basis.

YOUR PROFILE

• Possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in investment banking, consulting, or other highly analytical roles.
• Demonstrate an analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Enjoy working with data to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Comfortable navigating through extensive research cycles.
• Thrive in the challenge of identifying standout opportunities within a vast landscape.
• Approach tasks with humility and a collaborative spirit.
• Driven by a performance-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in Venture Capital.
