Want to get first-hand experience in 𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡? We are looking for a Fellow to join our team for a period from 4 to 12 months, in Berlin. Foundamental Fellows will be a part of, working with, our investment team gaining rich, hands-on experience in venture capital covering the Americas, Europe and Asia.
We'll provide you with a structured training program that will put you in a prime position to break into VC. Since our inaugural batch from Q1/2020, many Foundamental fellows landed permanent VC roles - so far.

What you'll be doing
👉 You are the first point of contact for founders and manage the deal flow process
👉 You’ll analyse start-ups to propose new investments and support our portfolio companies
👉 Conducting deep due diligence, generating detailed investment memos, financial models and recommendations
👉 Closely supporting entrepreneurs in building enduring companies with strategy, hiring, sales, business development and financial planning
👉 Managing internal tools & processes, including deal pipeline, portfolio performance analytics & internal reporting
We will give you execution responsibility – no paper pushing, no work for the drawer. Period. Your work will have an impact on our organization.
