Job Description

We are expanding our footprint in the region and are looking for the first LATAM-based investor to join our team! Though we mostly stay under the radar, this is an opportunity to join one of the best-performing venture capital funds globally. You will be given the highest degrees of freedom in developing your investing style and will be working directly with some of the best entrepreneurs of our generation.

A few things to know:

• Hummingbird investors operate with an unusually high sense of autonomy. The right person will be both excited and driven by the lack of structure and parameters provided.
• Given our high-conviction, low-frequency approach to investing, our team needs to be excited by the relentless pursuit, even when times are tough and wins are infrequent.
• We trust our investors to follow their intuition to find outlier founders. This investor will need to be insatiably curious and motivated by the prospect of discovering talent in unconventional ways and non-obvious sectors across LATAM markets.
