About the role

Day to day you’ll nurture relationships with founders across South-East Asia. You will identify and analyze emerging trends and investment opportunities, work on making investments, and partner with our founders to help make them successful. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our global investment team.

Skills, attributes & experience

At heart, you’re curious. You’re driven to understand complex concepts and love learning how founders and teams build high-growth technology companies. You have a mental model for understanding what makes good companies different from extraordinary companies. You’re empathetic about the founder journey, and can build relationships and establish trust.

You have:

• A passion for technology!
• Demonstrable research and analytical experience that could be applied to analyzing investment opportunities (e.g. market, competitor, and product evaluation)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Microsoft or GSuite productivity tools, especially Word, Slides, and Excel-equivalents
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• A growth mindset paired with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality
• Experience in South-East Asia or a strong affinity to the region.
