Speedinvest is a leading early-stage venture capital firm with more than €1B AuM and 40 investors based in Berlin, London, Munich, Paris, and Vienna. Our dedicated sector-focused teams are the first to fund Europe's most innovative technology startups and our in-house operational experts are on-hand to offer founders ongoing support with growth, HR, US market expansion, and more. Wefox, Bitpanda, TIER Mobility, GoStudent, Curve, CoachHub, Schüttflix, TourRadar, Adverity, and Twaice are among our portfolio of 250+ companies.
We are looking to expand our SaaS & Infrastructure team and are hiring a Visiting Analyst in Berlin or Vienna. Examples of our success portfolio companies include Startups like Gitpod and MindsDB.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be an integral part of our investment team, supporting Partners, Principals and Associates in all aspects of the investment process
- Support in the deal flow, analyze and track startups potentially relevant for our investment focus
- Monitor existing portfolio startups and provide operational support to them
- Assist the team with internal initiatives and projects
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or currently enrolled as a MBA student)
- Initial relevant work experience at startups or in a fast-paced work environment (such as VC, PE, Tech startup, Consulting, IB)
- Previous exposure and demonstrated interest in the latest technological developments, coding development and working with startups is a big plus
- Interest in the latest technological developments (especially SaaS related) and working with startups
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing nature
- Eager to learn about VC
- Fluent in English
