RSJ Investments manages a broad portfolio of investments in real estate, agricultural land and engineering. We also focus on key industries of the 21st century – information technology, biotechnology, healthy food production, energy production from renewable sources or the Life Sciences area.

We are looking for an investment analyst for our real estate and development portfolio to join the team of senior colleagues. Your task will be evaluating new investment opportunities, covering the portfolio in terms of reporting on individual projects and creating real estate market analyses.

List of rolls

We see the future in interesting and unique projects from residential development to commercial real estate. We currently have projects under construction in Prague and Bratislava. As an investment analyst, you will be in charge of preparing complex cash flow models and evaluating investment opportunities. You will prepare valuation models and business plans for fund management. Your task will also be reporting to shareholders for individual funds and projects. Deciding on a specific investment is never easy and many aspects need to be considered, so we would appreciate your support and advice in analyzing the real estate market and evaluating the projects in the portfolio from a long-term perspective. You will collaborate with other team members and with management.

What do we expect from the ideal candidate?

• completed university education, ideally in economics
• approx. 2 years of work experience in the field of financial modeling (RE/PE/VC, transaction consulting, project financing or real estate consulting)
• knowledge of real estate markets is a big plus
• above-standard knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
• communicative knowledge of English
• analytical reasoning
• attention to detail, independence
• knowledge of valuation approaches and methods
